These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are legal term sheet wherein all legal rights and responsibilities with respect to your access and or use of the Medgenera website at medgenera.com (the “Site”) and any associated subdomains, mobile or software applications, including but not limited to delivery of information via the website whether existing now or in the future that link to the Terms (collectively, the “Services”).


1.1. Definitions

“Use” or “Using” means to access, view, download, upload, or any other legal use or otherwise benefit from using the website/platform/services.


“User” or “you” means any person who accesses or uses the service for his own purpose or on behalf of someone else and includes any legal entity.


“User’s Content” means any content, including any text, data, information or other material, that you may upload, transmit or store using the functionality of the Medgenera.com service.


“Content” will include (but is not limited to) comments, reviews, images, photos, collections, and all other forms of information or data. It means content that you upload, share or transmit to, through or in connection with the Services, such as likes, ratings, reviews, images, photos, messages, profile information, and any other materials that you publicly display or displayed in your account profile.”


“Medgenera Content” means content that Medgenera creates and make available in connection with the healthcare industry, pharmaceutical industries, etc. including, but not limited to, visual interfaces, interactive features, graphics, design, compilation, computer code, products, software, aggregate ratings, reports and other usage-related data in connection with activities associated with your account and all other elements and components of the services excluding Your Content and Third Party Content.


“Order” or “Job” means any application made for services through the Medgenera.com Website/ Mobile Application or any other medium or platform.


“Healthcare company” or “Healthcare Companies” or “Healthcare Industry” or “Healthcare Industries” is a collective term which means any legal entity that function in the area of the seven dimensions of health viz. social, emotional, physical, occupational, spiritual, intellectual and environmental. These are not necessarily the companies that are directly serving the healthcare but also those that support the healthcare through their indirect roles/applications.


1.2. We may change, add, or remove portions of these Terms of Service at any time, which shall become effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these Terms of Service prior to each use of the Site, and by continuing to use this Site, you agree to any changes.


1.3. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, including the availability of any Services feature, resources centres, database, knowledge base centres or content. We may also impose limits on certain features and services, or restrict your access to parts or all of the Services without notice or liability.


1.4. If you don’t abide by these rules or any future changes in our rules, you can simply cancel your registration/subscription by sending E-mail to info@medgenera.com. If you continue to use our services now or following the posting of notice of any future changes, it will indicate that you have accepted the rules as such as mentioned on the website.  




2.1. All materials published on the website Medgenera.com including all its subdomains, app etc. and associated properties collected called as SERVICES (including, but not limited to news articles, market research reports, resources, databases, photographs, images, infographics, illustrations, audio clips and video clips, also known as the “Content”) are strictly protected by copyright, and owned and controlled by MEDGENERA or the party credited as the provider of the Content.  The Services and Contents are protected by copyright pursuant to India, U.S., and other international copyright laws.  You shall abide by all additional copyright notices, information, or restrictions contained in any Content accessed through the Services.

Every content of the SERVICES, including the Sites and subdomains, mobile APP etc, are intended for your personal non-commercial use.


2.2. You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, reproduce, create new or old works, distribute, perform, display, or in any way exploit any of the Content or the Services (including software) in whole or in part.


2.3. You may download or copy the content and other downloadable items provided the level of subscription or unless it is displayed on the Services for personal use only, provided that you maintain all copyright and other notices contained therein.


2.4 Copying or storing of any Content or Graphics or any associated materials for other than personal use is expressly prohibited without prior written permission from MEDGENERA, or the copyright holder identified in the copyright notice contained in the Content. The Content of the Services is owned or licensed to MEDGENERA.

2.5. Certain Content is furnished by third-parties agencies such PR Newswire, respective companies press release, which will not be liable for any delays, inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in any such Content, or in the transmission or delivery of all or any part thereof, or for any damages arising therefrom.


2.6. The information especially about the new drug approvals, clinical trials, etc. are provided by the healthcare industries and/or available through the third-party websites. While we make all our efforts to provide our user the authentic information, it is strongly recommended to consult experts and doctors for practical usage. Medgenera.com shall not be liable for any mishap or untoward incident happens in consequences of such information. The purpose of the Medgenera.com is to provide you the information and make aware of the healthcare industry and shouldn’t be considered as any substitute for physician/doctors’ advice.


2.7. The information about the companies such as address, phone number, Email etc. are collected from the reliable sources, the company itself and/or third-party websites. We try all our best to validate every data that is being displayed on our website. The data are also continuously being monitored for any change at the primary source. The user/information seeker is however suggested to do their own due diligence. Medgenera.com shall not be liable for any loss happens in consequences of such information.


2.8. The Medgenera.com Service shall be used solely for User’s non-exclusive, non-assignable, non-transferable and limited personal use and for no other purposes. User’s Use of the Medgenera.com Service is subject to all applicable local, state, national laws, and regulations wherever applicable. Except as specifically permitted in Terms, User shall have no right to copy, change, alter, amend, reverse engineer, decompile, reverse translate, disassemble, publish, disclose, display or make available, or in any other manner, decode the App and/or the Website.



The Services contain links to other related World Wide Web Internet sites, resources, and advertisers. Since we are not responsible for the availability of these outside resources, or their contents, you should direct any concerns regarding any external link to the site administrator or Webmaster of that site.



You acknowledge that any submissions you make to the Services (i.e., user-generated content including but not limited to: as profile information, comments, questions, images, and other content or information) (each, a “Submission”) may be edited, removed, modified, published, transmitted, and displayed by MEDGENERA, and you waive any rights you may have in having the material altered or changed in a manner not agreeable to you. Submissions made to the Services may also be included in our RSS feeds, APIs, and made available for republishing through other formats. We claim no ownership rights over User Content created or provided by you. However, Medgenera reserves the right to delete, move, or edit Submissions that it, in its sole discretion, deems abusive, defamatory, obscene, in violation of copyright or trademark laws, or otherwise unacceptable.


  1. Registration and usage credentials


5.1 You must be 13 years or older to use or subscribe to all parts of the Services.


5.2 Medgenera account credentials and usage are meant for an individual account.  Once registered you are solely responsible for all usage or activity on you Medgenera account. You are not advised to authorize any third party to use your login credentials. Any mishap including fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise illegal activity will lead to an immediate termination of your account and depending upon the severity and at our sole discretion, we may refer you to appropriate law enforcement agencies.
