Pricing and Payment Terms

These pricing and payment terms define the criteria for using the MEDGENERA services.

By continuing to use our services, you signify that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the following Pricing and Payment Terms. MEDGENERA has the exclusive rights to revise the Pricing and Payment Terms at any time. However, you will be also notified of the changes via email communication.

1.1. PLANS

Based on your professional level, MEDGENERA paid-services are segregated into “Student” and “Professional” account. Depending on which account you select, you can choose annual or monthly plan. MEDGENERA accepts payments through certain credit cards, debit cards and other major payment services (depending upon the country). For subscription to the MEDGENERA account plan, you must provide the complete, accurate and current data related to your selected payment method for the monetary transactions. The amount will be billed upon the opening of your account and thereafter an automatic billing (depending upon the type of your subscription- monthly/annually) will be put into action unless or until you cancel your membership. There are no refunds or credits for a partially used month or year subscription.

1.2 TERMINATION

You may terminate your account at any time by sending an e-mail to info@medgenera.com. Your access will be suspended within two business days. You must terminate your account before the start of the next billing cycle.

1.3. NO REFUNDS

There are no refunds or credits for a partially used month or year subscription. However, upon termination of your account, you will be able to use the services you were entitled to until the end of your canceled billing cycle. In an event where MEDGENERA suspends or terminate your account on the basis of the breach of this agreement or Terms and Conditions ( http://medgenera.com/terms), you understand and agree that you will not be entitled to any refunds for any services available by or through MEDGENERA.

1.4. SPECIAL OFFERS & PRICING

The above-mentioned Pricing and Payment Terms are applicable to the Account Plan “Student” and “Professional” and/or “Special offers”. MEDGENERA can also specify special Pricing and Payment Terms for “Special offers”.
